Clause 2 · Damage caused by unsuitable packaging
The Company reserves the right not to be responsible for any damages caused by improper or unsuitable packaging provided by the seller, especially for fragile goods such as tiles, glass, lamps, etc. Customers may choose wooden crating to reduce risk; however, wooden crating does not guarantee 100% protection against damage. Customers should carefully assess the risks before deciding to import.
